I went here and my sales person Nadjia is the best ever she goes above and beyond to help you. Her honesty and expertise bought me back to get a car for my daughter. We love our vehicles and will always return to Davis as long as Nadjia is there to help us!!
The worst. I reserved a vehicle to test drive and was in contact with them all day. In the pouring rain, after work, I drove 45 minutes only to walk in and have 2 sales people look at me a tell me they sold it earlier that day. Mark's remark, who was supposed to show me that car, well, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! NO apology, no offer to find another car, they both just sat down again. When I contacted the other person that was dealing with me, they claimed the just found out right before I showed up then said, it sold this morning...Don't waste you time!
DO NOT GO HERE they have hidden fees that they add at the end up to $2000!nThis place is horrible. I got a SUV here and it had a check engine light 4 days after i bought it. When I took it back they charged me to see what the light was on for. A lot of the sales people were sitting in front of the front door smoking multiple cigarettes. It was like walking through a bar. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very pushy and always trying to sell their care package.
This was by far one of the worst dealerships my wife and I went when car shopping. When we told them our budget, they tried to sell us a car $6,000 over it. When we said we weren't interested, they then insulted us, saying that our budget doesn't make any sense. Furthermore, they have a $2,000 fee that is the worst kind of fabricated fee (something about covering the cost of preparing the car?). When I asked about it they got very defensive and claimed every dealership has this, they're just upfront about it.nSo, in short, they were trying to take advantage of us, defensive when we inquired more about the details of the price, and finally insulted us when we passed on the car. Stay far away from this terrible dealership with terrible practices
Good service they just didn't have the vehicle in stock, better than Hamilton honda I was there for at least 35 to 40 minutes no one even bothered to assist me they will not get my business ever.
