Tim is very knowledgeable and does great work. He fixed our travel trailer and when there was an issue, Tim fixed it quickly and expertly and answered our many questions about the different systems. We will have Tim do all of our future repairs.

I didn’t use or buy anything from here but I went with my son and his wife to look and purchase a RV Trailer that was listed on Craigslist. My son specifically asked if it there had been pets in it and he was told that there hadn’t been pets in it. Well, I walked in Trailer and notice animal hair on a chair. I asked Tim again if there were animals in here and he said “no” and I said well there is hair on these chairs. He quickly recanted and said well when they had used Trailer once their pet was in there. I would have walked away but...then I read reviews and there were a lot of good reviews so I thought I’d give him the benefit of doubt. Well....to make a long story short...the blinds that were up so we couldn’t see....were full of animal hair. They had to be taken out. Also behind the furniture the wallpaper is badly scratched up from an animal. They had to be taken out. My son contacted him and tried to reason with him but was not successful...therefore we are sharing our experience so you can be aware.

I had an issue with my furnace and was in a hurry, they expedited my appointment and got me back on the road in less than 24hrs. I would highly recommend these guys!
