Great Dealership no BS

My wife and I needed to buy a somewhat specialty vehicle. We have several children and we have family visit periodically. The 7 passenger minivan simply wasn't cutting it any more. We decided to upgrade to either a 10 or 12 passenger van. We looked at several vans and settled on a used Chevy Express 2500 or 3500 for a number of reasons which include, but are not limited to, decent reliability and affordable price.nnWe visited ATS Auto Sales 3 different times and many other lots several other times. The first 2 times we visited ATS was while we were still shopping around to deciding what to buy and who to buy from. I can tell you not very many people carry 12 passenger vans in stock and even fewer of them carry used later models with low miles for a good price. There were some other shops that had some decent salesmen, but most of them were obnoxious to talk to or simply lame to work with, as is often the case with used car salesmen. However, we found the opposite to be the case at ATS. We worked with John and Voss. They were both super helpful and more importantly they weren't pushy. They showed us the Chevy Express and the Ford Transit, but ultimately they let us walk away without badgering us which was very important to us. I hate being pressured into buying something I haven't done my research on. I like to have time to think about things. I rarely buy things after seeing them only once.nnWhen my wife and I returned for the 3rd time we had made our decision and were ready to purchase. John was a straight shooter. I told him the price I was aiming for based on my research and the market value of the 2017 Chevy Express. I did not get that price, but he did make me a good deal, one that I honestly didn't deserve. The deal offered and the methods used for arriving at the sale price were simple and saved me time that I would have had to otherwise spend haggling with almost any other dealership. I was very impressed and I highly recommend ATS and Gladstone Mistsubishi (their sister lot) because they saved me quite a bit of time, money, and heartburn.nnWe ultimately purchased a used 2017 Chevy Express 2500 as-is with a portion of the original manufacturer warranty still on it. It was a steal of a deal in my opinion and my wife and I are both very pleased with the experience and the purchase. John and Kelly made the purchase process super easy; they got us through the paperwork in about 2 hours, and then set us on our way.nnI highly recommend ATS and Gladstone Mistsubishi because they have good vehicles and extremely pleasant and helpful staff.
