I have a general distrust of used car dealers and usually buy from private sellers. This time, however, I needed something fast and decided to try my chances at a dealer. I found NW Truck and SUV through the Carfax website and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome and honest they were and how easily I found the perfect car for me, even with a VERY limited budget! Nash was my lead salesperson, but throughout the process I worked with Joe and Jason as well. All 3 of them were fantastic: friendly, didn't talk to down to me (I'm a small woman who was shopping solo!), weren't pushy, answered all of my questions without judgement, and let me take as long as I needed to decide. They helped me get a great financing rate and gave me an amazing deal. They let me get the car inspected by an outside mechanic and when I came back with a few concerns, they got everything fixed without any extra charge and went out of their way to make sure I was a 100% happy customer. These guys are awesome!! I walked in full of doubts, and walked out a few hours later with a great car at a great price and felt like the guys really cared more about making me happy than making a quick buck. Thanks so much Nash, Joe and Jason for showing me it actually IS possible to have a great experience and get a great deal at a used car dealership! You guys rule.
