My sister and I drove all the way from LA to pick up a car that Barry Cook had found for me. I had been looking all over the US for this unique color combination BMW and Barry not only found it but he also offered to drive it down to me and pick up my trade. He was also able to get me a better interest rate than I was able to get in California. I love love love my car and would recommend him to anyone, he even called to check on how I was a month after the purchase.

We knew what car we wanted ahead of time. We worked with Anthony. We called ahead and no hassle they gave us the lowest price. It was a thousand bucks cheaper than the dealership closer to my home. Drove down from Vancouver to get our car from them. We financed so I was expecting to bored for several hours. I even packed a lunch in anticipation. We did some initial paperwork, then while that was running we took our chosen vehicle for a test drive. By the time we got back they were ready for us to do the final paperwork. We got in and out of there in an hour and a half. Didn't even need to open my lunchbox. I was really happy with the experience.

Great place ! I highly suggest going here for your next new or used auto purchase. Great friendly, professional staff these guys really know how to make the car buying experience a fun one. They will even buy your trade from you even if you don't buy a car from them. Wow!! Service is also top notch I know this because when you buy a car from them they give you a years worth of oil changes with purchase for free. Give them a chance you will be happy you did.

I was not looking forward to the car buying experience as I have been screwed over many times in the past so I came in with my defenses up and ready to play hard-ball. Turns out I didn't need to. I was armed with knowledge of the value of my car and exactly what I wanted and the staff here listened (Alex) and got me exactly what I wanted and in-fact, a better deal than I expected. Barry got me a better rate than my credit union even promised. I'm a happy girl. I even went back a few times for help figuring out all the new technology this car features and they were happy to take the time to walk me through it. Thanks guys!

Despite my less than stellar credit Ekai and Jered were able to get us into a great used car. On my drive home there were some issues and once we took it to our mechanic we found out that it needed some work. I contacted Ekai and Jered, explained what was going on and they worked with me until I was happy with the car I purchased. They weren't satisfied until I was in a car I was happy with. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be back when it's time to purchase another car.
