Clean place, good quality cars. We drove 5 hours to see a xterra with cash in hand. Due to wear and tear, we asked them to come down $400 to help us cover rental and babysitting fees. Dave was ready to sell with us having cash in hand but the manager and owner are about their money and nothing else. They had it listed for $11,000 unknown to our knowledge as if we knew they had it originally listed for that price, and said they were already losing $1700 in repairs and sale value by lowering it. We didn't ask them to sell at $9,988, which is their listed price on all platforms, but they made it seem like we asked them to come down thousands. Out of pure principal, decided not to buy and instead are going to our repeated car dealer, Pride Motors in Eugene. Its upsetting when people make a 5 hour drive, and they won't budge $400. $9500 walked out the door with us. Don't expect any wiggle room in price. They are nice when you come in, but once you try to negotiate, they turn cold short worded.

You can't do the work you were already paid to do. Nice try Gary. Stop blaming consumers for your bad work or lack of work. I expect my missing part returned.

Bought a nice local trade-in for a great price with a lifetime warranty. Had a good time waiting around with their parrot, Clover and staring at their hotdog sculpture. Turned into a two day project when their systems were down but overall was a great experience.

Had the best service and care while finding a car. They make you feel at home while you're waiting and are completely honest about the process. Dan and Mike were really kind and made the process easy.

Amazing staff that worked extremely hard to get me in a car. Followed up with me before and after sale to make sure I loved the car and are happy to answer questions. They are truly great salespeople who don't try to push you around. I highly recommend Brooks motor company to anyone looking to get a great deal on a vehicle!
