I had a hassle free experience with Riley Greene. We communicated via email and phone on the deal before actually meeting. He was detailed, punctual and efficient in all our remote communications. He knew all details about the process and was kind enough to clarify all my questions.nHe had perfect follow through and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure my convenience is his priority. Vanessa at Gladstone Kia was absolutely amazing. I personally hate high pressure sales and anyone trying to sell me anything, but when we met Vanessa, it was the complete opposite. She was fun and zero pressure. It felt like we made a new friend and she really cared about us and what we wanted, needed and could afford. She was everything you could ever want in someone helping you make a big purchase like buying a car. She was super knowledgeable and went way above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was also great with my kids, which helped because I have three and they’re little and can be a lot. But she was gracious and accommodating with them. We could not be happier with our experience with Vanessa at Gladstone Kia, and next time we need to buy another car, she’s going to be the person we talk to! I highly recommend meeting with her at Gladstone kia!

We bought a new kia sportage at ron tonkin kia, a few weeks ago. I was very happy with the service we received. Our salesperson Jake Ryan, was absolutely fantastic My husband is a mechanic so he asked lots of questions. Jake Ryan was able to answer all questions, and if he didn't know the answer right away, he took the time to find it. We were definitely impressed with the whole process. I'd definitely recommend them, and will return again.

If you want to buy a car from a place that isn’t pushy and aggressive I’d highly recommend going here,I went for a used car and even though it definitely wasn’t the most expensive thing on the lot they were more than willing to answer any questions I had and didn’t give that unwanted feeling if you aren’t ready to purchase as soon as you step foot on the lot. They also got me a better deal than we had originally got just a couple days later and ended up saving me a decent amount. I would definitely go here again if I had to purchase another car.

Iiel was the most incredible help ever! I was really nervous going to buy a car for the first time, and he made me feel extremely cared for. On the test drive he made sure to check so many different things that I wouldn’t have even thought of, and he made sure nothing was wrong. Most importantly, he genuinely wanted me to get the best deal I could, he didn’t pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. 5 stars for sure.
