My overall experience with Toyota of Gladstone was smooth and easy going. For my first car purchase experience, I have to say that they made the process relatively easy to understand. They were able to generally accommodate my needs and in the end provide a great car.
I had an awesome experience. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe & that Covid-19 precautions were being taken. I am very happy with the price and my new car! Highly recommend going here!
I had a wonderful car buying experience here. Jonathan Castino was so great to work with! He was not pushy, very informative and understanding of my decision making process. It made me comfortable heard and in the end I bought my new 4 Runner that I am super happy with! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience by far. This will be my Toyota dealership from now on, and it is Woman owned which also made me very happy to know.
Great experience working with Bob and the rest of the team at Toyota of Gladstone! Bob was extremely knowledgeable on the different models, packages and features. He got us all set up with our new family car and made it a fun and easy experience.
