Absolutely amazing! We were helped by Tyne and she was so nice and helped us get the best deal possible. She gave us a wide range of options to choose from and worked with us. I had a toddler and a newborn with me and the entire team was so sweet and understanding. They even helped me unlatch the car seat base out of my old car and put it in my new one! You could definitely see it was one big family there. I definitely recommend this center for new buyers or experienced. Tyne was amazing, we can’t recommend her enough.

We had a great experience buying a CR-V at Swickard Honda. Allison was amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions via email ahead of time, she responded to emails super quickly, and most importantly she got us a great deal. She had the car pulled in front when we arrived and the process to complete the deal was painless. The dealership was clean and everyone was wearing masks and distancing, which made the experience feel very safe. Dillon helped us out with the financing side of things and made sure to break everything down for us so that it was easy to understand and he took time to answer all of our questions. Both Allison and Dillon were very friendly, easy to work with, and provided exceptional customer service.

I had a wonderful experience at Swickard Honda. Nan Velasquez was awesome and very helpful. Nan made me feel confident on what I was buying. She was very patient and answered all my questions. She has awesome customer service and made me feel welcomed to the Honda Family. Dillon Potter was very helpful with all the paperwork and helped me understand the process of signing everything and made me feel confident. They were awesome through out my experience. They deserve a 5 star and beyond.

I was very nervous to go into a car dealership to buy my first new car. Allison greeted me with such bright energy and we started the process. She was so kind and honest and really broke down every step for me. I had a million questions and she answered each one with truth and confidence. She got me such an amazing deal and the best financing for my situation. I am leaving tonight with a brand new car, a smile, and so much appreciation for Allison, and Swickard Honda. My experience at Gladstone Honda was terrific. The entire process went reasonably fast. To get through finance took several hours because I purchased on a busy day (weekend). If you get in and close early enough, you won't spend your entire day at the dealership. By the way, Dylan is fantastic! He was the salesman on our Odyssey deal.
