I have bought or leased a lot of new cars in the past 6 years. My needs and wants change often so I am always looking at the idea of getting a new car. For years i drove electric cars and would use the dealerships free charging station quite often. 5 stars for that.nnI have been in a number of times to look at cars and check for deals. Most of the time I have been blown off in the past but found them more willing to help now.nnI was referred by Megan in parts as well as one of their former techs to stop by and check them out again because I was looking at getting rid of my fiat that I had bought new just 2 months earlier. They offered what 2 other dealership had for my car but the number was 2500 less than what carmax had offered so I sold the car to carmax. I went in looking for something that had a great discount and the got me a jetta s with the manual that was priced better than anyone else could do so I took it even though it was my least favorite color. I worked with Gordon and he came down on his day off to finish the deal. The sales manager was wonderful as well but he did seem a little shocked when I stopped in the next day to set up my detail. I can be a hand full to deal with in regards to cars so I think he thought I was returning it. Lol. On the day I picked up my car i was in and out of there really quickly. That was a huge concern of mine because I had my 2 kids with me.nnTo sum things up i feel like i was well taken care of and got the very best new car i could get for my humble budget. Thank you!

We worked with Anthony and Nick and they were great! They worked with us on price and made us a great deal on our 2021 Tiguan. They were very professional, courteous and thorough in the whole process from their no- pressure sales to vehicle delivery and tutorial of all the vehicle systems.

Lori (Laurie?) at Armstrong VW was fantastic! She worked quickly and efficiently to get us our new Subaru, and helped make sure the alignment was checked, since the car seemed to pull a little to one side. When we discovered that the sliding cover for the trunk did not fit properly, she got us a replacement at no charge. This was 8 1/2 months ago. We have now driven our car across the country to relocate, and it did a fantastic job! It towed the U-Haul trailer from Oregon to Virginia, and all of our stuff, in 6 days. We needed to replace the tires after that, but otherwise all is good. Thanks, Lori!

Outstanding out-of-state car buying experience with Armstrong and Dan Burke. Responsive, honest folks. Our SUV was damaged the day before it was to be picked up on a truck, and Mr. Burke made it right; called in paint and body shop who worked late into the night to fix the damage and make the car look like new. Would definitely work with Mr. Burke again.

As a returning customer to Armstrong, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them — both leasing and buying. From start to finish they took care of us and gave us hassle free service and competitive quotes that could not be beat by any other local VW dealers. There were a few minor issues with the car we ended up purchasing that they took care of with no hassle at all and made it was very positive experience. It was pouring rain the day we went to pick up our new car and our salesman, Anthony, met us at our car with a giant umbrella to usher us into the show room. The crew at Armstrong goes the extra mile and definitely earns the business they receive! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat.. not something you hear people say often when buying a car.
