We purchased a very nice used car yesterday for my wife. We were treated excellent by the entire staff and they made sure we got to check the vehicle out as much as we wanted. I ran scans for codes at no bother to the staff, and was pretty meticulous about the details of the SUV. Ed, Daniel and Adam were very kind and helpful as we got the financing paperwork completed. They appeared laid back and worked hard to get us a great deal. Ed got us into the SUV we wanted and for almost half the interest rate I was expecting. He sat with us and just spoke with us like a regular person, not a salesman. I appreciate that because many small lots get a bad reputation for things that they cannot control. Everything was handled as quickly as possible from start to finish and my wife is thrilled so far with the purchase. All used cars have risks when purchasing and not everyone is going to get financed so I hope people don’t rate a business poorly based on their own personal decisions that led to being denied credit. Traded in my car and got a new from them and the entire process was awesome. I worked with Ed, Brad, and Daniel throughout the process and it felt like I was getting my car from a family friend. Good vibes would highly recommend!

I’ve had a pretty good experience here, Ed has been very accommodating to every need possible and looking out for my best interest. Although the car I loved ended up having some issues but luckily, they fixed these issues right away before letting me go off with the car. I am so thankful and appreciative of how hard they’ve worked for and with me. Thank y’all so much.

We purchased a 2015 Highlander from Family Sized Motors. They gave us the car to let our mechanic look it over before we purchased.There were a couple of things we wanted fixed like tire pressure monitor system and condensation in the passenger side headlight.nDaniel provided us with a loaner car while these items were taken care of. I couldn't bring the car back for 2 months after we purchased it and he still took care of the headlight and even restored the finish on the other headlight so they would both look new.nWe have always been greeted by someone when we came on the lot. Adam was always cheerful and introduced us to his young son who was with him that day.nVery easy to do business with!

The team at Family size motors was very professional, interested in our satisfaction, appraised our trade in fairly, had the 2016 Ford Escape Titanium priced under blue book, and was willing to go the extra mile, 12 month warranty was important and impressive.
