Worked with Brian Manning. Scheduled an appointment and was able to meet the same day. Brian was helpful and very friendly. Multiple times reminding us that the Lithia family doesn't try to push it sales hard and prefer to be working with you for the right vehicle.nnWas able to get everything done in less than 4 hours with the paperwork. I didn't bring my trade-in with me, but Brian offered to drive the new vehicle out to Newberg to save us the extra trip. Highly recommend this dealership.
I purchased a new Subaru outback from Lithia and they were great to work with. Ryan Vaughan and Kyle Belles were very helpful and got me a great deal. The car I purchased was not on site but they were able to get it brought to Oregon City within just a couple of hours so I could leave with the new car the same day. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I don’t usually write reviews but I just purchased a vehicle at Oregon City Subaru. I have to say my experience was excellent. My salesman, Dan Ramirez, went way above and beyond to accommodate me. When I told him I would be flying in to Portland he immediately offered to pick me up at the airport and bring me in. Not only that but I found out later that he was on his day off. The buying process was super smooth with very little hassle and I was out of the door in very little time. 5 out of 5 for sure.
We arrived for our appointment greeted by friendly staff and a clean show room. Our salesperson James Hassel was fantastic. We had narrowed down our choices to two vehicles and when they just weren’t right, James was so flexible and helped us find the perfect fit. He anticipated our needs and was able to show us options that suited our lifestyle. He took time to make sure we got what we needed. We were never rushed or pressured, it was a very easy and fun experience. This locations inventory and team were very impressive.
