I tried to put this review on another website and they refused to post it so I decided to go this route instead.nnThe one star is not for the company. Being owned by Cox Enterprises, Manheim NJ is a wonderful company to work for. I enjoyed my job as a driver, my teammates, and the company culture. The work/life balance and company benefits can’t be beat. The problem is the HR manager who has a tendency to wreak havoc on employee happiness and morale, and drives employees to quit. Some employees find themselves shrinking in their roles because career prospects and promotional opportunities are non-existent. This manager abuses her power and creates a toxic, hostile environment without any regard for the negative impact on others. Working at Manheim can be a very enjoyable experience as long as you steer clear of HR.

As an auto inspection technician, I have the opportunity to inspect and test almost every car that you see on the road and having been doing this for over 6 years, I have gained quite a bit of knowledge. And that's because of the guys I work with and the things I've learned from them. Glad and honored to be working with a bunch of guys who share their knowledge of the different car makers of the world.
