Ming Hong Chinese Restaurant

Ordered from here before and enjoyed it, but my experience today has me a little perturbed. placed my order at 3, after an hour and 40 minutes i called to check the eta, the lady was pleasant and said that the order was ready and her driver would be there to pick up the food at 5. Food didn’t arrive until 5:45. the restaurant is 5 minutes away from me. the food was tasty and arrived hot, but 2 hours and 45 minutes after the order was placed. There was no correspondence from the restaurant about any delay in arrival time or anything which would have been very appreciated. and it would have given me a chance to decide what to do, since the food was supposed to arrive before my boyfriend had to leave for work at 5. By no means do i wish to bash this restaurant, the food and prices are good, but i think communication needs improvement to avoid further inconveniences.

The food is delicious. The people there are terrific. If they make a mistake with your order, they usually realize it before you do are are quick to rectify it. If you choose delivery, they are super fast.

The woman on the phone demanded for a tip over the phone. Tip is supposed to be for excellent service not upfront. I hung up on her and called another place.

Awful service. I do not recommend.
