Slowest restaurant ever i never seen before like this slowest restaurant

Everytime I'm in town I have to stop and get one.

First and last time will I ever order from this place. I ordered a mini cheesteak and fries for delivery. I only live 6 minutes from this restaurant, if driving. I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my meal, before calling to ask for a refund. I NEVER received my food. The lady on the other end of the phone was very rude and had an attitude & tried to demand they delivered my food to my house and said they had a signed receipt which I again, NEVER signed because it never came to my house. After debating with me for about 10 minutes, she finally realized it was the driver who delivered the food to another address that wasn’t MINES! AFTER, that bad experience they offered to re-make my food and bring it to me which I declined because I refused to wait again after waiting 2 hours while being PREGNANT & I refused to pay full price for THEIR mistake. I was issued a refund, but after that experience of unprofessionalism, I would NEVER attempt to order from here again. I don’t care how good they food may be.

WORLD'S BEST CHEESESTEAKS BAR NONE! Even other Gaetano's don't compare. Not overly greasy, great rolls, plentiful toppings. And ready when they say they'll be-- even when busy!

I love love love this place. Whenever I'm back home in Burlington from NC, one of my stops is Gaetanos. The cheese steaks are worth the trip.
