They don’t have good customer service. They also don’t allow returns or exchanges. Not a good place if you’re looking for quality human hair. High prices and low quality.

Purchased a human hair wig from this store two months.nSalesperson informed me that the wig would last at least 6 months; probably longer.nWithin 1 1/2 months the wig started to tangle & matte in the neck area.nnCalled the store to request a replacement; not refund.nStore manager refused to stand behind the product.nThe manager put Sam on the phone in order for her to communicate better than she was able to.nSam was less helpful than the manager.nSam also acknowledged that the wig should last at least six months!nShe stated that I could bring the wig in the store, leave it with them and they could work on detangling the wig.nAdditionally, salesperson Sam further demonstrating her inferior customer service skills informed me that I did not have to purchase from the store in the future if I didn’t like the store’s policy on no refunds or exchanges.nnI would NEVER purchase from this store again.nnThis was my first & last time shopping at this store.

Not enough store helpnWanted purchase wignDid not have the color displayed. Had the same wig in a totally different color displayed. I wanted a different color which they had packaged. Asked if they would open just to make sure of the color., the manager did not want to. I did not want to try it on. Just to chk the colornThe manager refused to open. Over the years I have spent over $1800. Dollars or more here because of cancer NEVER RETURNED Any ONE I PURCHASED,! But I will take my business elsewhere from now on. If they will not open for you to see the color.walk out! It's not like they have to tear the packaging. ud83dudc4ejust to be clear there are 2 wig locations there I am speaking of the one next to the podiatrist on the end of the strip in country club plaza
