Great staff and environment! Michelle (curly stylist) is so informative and professional. She did such a wonderful shaping my curly hair. I definitely recommend going to this shop!
I've been going to the same salon for 7+ plus years and wanted to try a new salon, so I went to Trendsettaz. I am pleased with my hair but I will not return to trendsettaz because:n1. It took me 6 hours to get finished where at my regular salon, it only takes 2 hours.n2. I paid double what I would normally pay.n3. I was charged for a service that I declined and nothing was done about it.nnTheir work is nice but I can get the same service and results in less than half the time and for half the cost. This was definitely a lesson learned!
I have mixed feelings about this salon. My first experience which was with Tia was great. She did my silk press and my hair was laid, okay! My second experience not so much. I wanted a quick weave. I feel like I just settled for the hair style I had chosen because for one, it was already glued to my head and two I did not want to seem like I was trying to get out of paying. I feel like I was overcharged and my tracks were lifting after day two. I guess it's a hit or miss...
