The service here sucks they use the bathroom and eat without washing their hands I had to tell them constantly to wash their hands before continuing with my hair. The braids were awesome. But if I have to choose between my health or an awesome hairdo my health wins hands down!!!! **Why should I have to repeatedly tell someone to wash their hands they should already know this cleanliness is next to GODLINESS** (AS MUCH AS THEY PRAY IT SHOULD BE SECOND NATURE TO THEM)

They were very good they works with me with respect to pricing and actually took off over $60

Don't be fooled this is still Katie's they just change the name I am from Newark, NJ and a former hair stylist and know what prices should be like. They feel they can charge higher prices b/c to them they are the only Shop in that area. EXAMPLE: I went in the shop to show them a picture on Sunday July 14, 2019 for medium size Singlese Twist. She wanted to charge me $160 where as the woman i have been going to in Irvington NJ for 20 years now was only charging me $120 for the same style....SMHnnIt's dirty in this shop, when i went in that day for a price i almost gaged that is how bad the smell was in there! The last time i had my hair done and it was roaches on the floor, i had to tell the owner 2 kill it b/c it was coming closer to my feet she stepped on it like it was nothing, like she used to it.nnTo top it off from that visit I had to go next door to they friend shop and buy my own expensive jar of Jam (REALLY!!!!)for her to use on MY hair b/c she or the shop had none. But what did it, is after I went and bought the jam the other girls in the shop twice came digging in my jar I took it and the girl who was doing my hair had a nerve to have a attitude because I did not want them using my Jam I overpaid for on there clients!!nnI will take my hour ride to Irvington NJ to get the best looking hairstyle, cleaner shop, better prices, no attitude, and doesnt STINK ANYDAY!! And EVERYTIME i come from there getting my hair done people constantly down here complement me and ask where I go.nnThese Ladies need to learn from my girls at Fofana!!⁰nI am trying to get the owner from Irvington to open a Shop down Willingboro, so they can show these shops down here how it is done!!! Hopefully they will be coming soon.

I’ll never go back again!! I was weay over charged for cornrows and it wasn’t even the style i wanted. The lady that braided my hair couldn’t even part properly according to the style i wanted even tho they told me she could do the style based off a picture i brought. Terrible service!! Not worth the 160 i paid
