Joe was very friendly and sweet. He gave me several options about different memberships and helped me to choose the best one for me. Also, he showed me around the gym and the equipments that I was really interested in using. Not only that, he would help me to use equipments correctly when I’m in the gym and give me tips on maximizing my work out. He is the best!

No one wears their mask here, I told the front staff they walked around once and no one listened

Covid-19 social practice and individual sanitizing spray bottles for patrons to wipe down their equipment. Some machines are so very old, rusty, and half working still. No sauna or hot tub for now. Juice bar is open til 8pm today (a Wednesday).

I believe the man named Alberto A. helped me out. He was outstanding when giving me information about the gym. He gave an in depth tour on the gym and walked me through different memberships best suited for me. Every question I asked was answered with no hesitation. Keep this employee !
