Erika is awesome! I was nervous (and honestly too intimidated) to get into weight training, so I signed up for personal training. She is knowledgeable and helped me become comfortable with everything. She was always available to text if I had any questions and was flexible with scheduling. Super fun to talk with during the sessions. I would definitely recommend her. ud83dude0a

I love this gym! My trainer Erika is awesome. It’s smaller than other gyms I’ve been to, but the equipment trumps that. I love the space for the tire flips and cart push. It’s different than any other gym I’ve been to.

The management and the team is not friendly. They are not working together to meet customer satisfaction. They will not rerun you even though there is Corona virus going on and lot of people don’t feel comfortable going to the gym yet. Very unprofessional. They are not able to cancel the membership without a manager working. Then why can’t you have manager working at all times ??? They won’t cancel it on the phone either. Would not recommend it. Worst customer service ever. Employees gave different information for a refund.

Very good gym with nice equipment and friendly staff. The locker room cleanliness is sub par. There has been a broken razor on one of the shower floors for over a week now. The men’s showers also does not have hot water.
