I bought a truck last weekend from High Quality Imports. Based on my experience, I highly recommend visiting this dealership if you are in the market for a used car or truck. Unlike many dealers I visited while looking for a used truck, my truck (and the other autos on the lot I looked at) was nicely detailed. Also, my truck (and I assumed the other autos on the lot) was serviced before going up for sale. I don't trust that many dealers put the labor into servicing a car before selling. Last, my truck was fairly priced based on blue book data. Jay and the others worked hard putting together financing. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

What a 2010 f150 from them 2 years ago. Told me it was an imported truck from Canada there was no Carfax. Tried to trade my truck in today and was offered $5,000. This truck only has 50,000 miles on it period was informed it was in several car accidents including one rollover. I paid $18,000 for this truck.

My father bought an SUV from there a couple months ago. While we are happy with how the car drives, the CD player does not work. He did not have a CD to test and assumed that if there were any issues they would’ve disclosed it. About a week or 2 later he had to go back to pick up the plates. He showed them that it didn’t work but all he said they said was that he could get it fixed if he paid out of his pocket. He was not happy with that and felt as though once they had your money that they weren’t too interested in helping out. We also have an issue with a speaker. We bought a new one- and a new amp- but still it sounds like static (radio and music through the phone so not an antenna issue). Now we don’t know if this is being caused by possibly a cd stuck in there? I know we signed for buying the car with no liability on their part, but I still feel like they should’ve known the CD player didn’t work. Or could’ve offered to help in someway when he told them. They bought this from someone else, someone should’ve known about this before selling/buying the car. This was a very nice SUV that cost over 7k so it’s not like we bought an ‘old clunker’ with problems you might expect. We’ve put a lot of time into trying to figure out how to correct this but still nothing

Quality pick up trucks for anyone looking. Bought in July. No issues yet on my 2012 f150.

Found a great truck; however, Greg tried to add a $995.00 dealer prep fee to the contract price. In addition, we live in Maryland and the vehicle did not pass state inspection and cost $600 to repair and get passed so that we could get it titled Came with only one key and now I have found that the key could cost $250.00 from the local Ford dealer. Buyer beware.
