ALL APPROVED AUTO SALES

This was by far my worst experience ever!! I saw an ad posted for a BMW M5 so I contacted the seller which was Xena. Xena told me to come by today and check it out as the car was still available. I drove 3 hours down from Long Island, NY. I get there and tell the workers what I’m here for and that Xena told me to come by. They told me to park and wait. I ended up waiting a little over a half hour in my car before I had to get out and remind them again what I was here for. They told me the BMW, which Xena told me was here, was in fact at another warehouse which was over an hour away, mind you I already drove 3 hours to get here. I ended up driving the extra hour to check out the car and purchase it if everything was good. I get there and they ended up giving me the wrong address. I called them and they gave me the correct address this time and luckily it was across the street. Common error no big deal but it gets worse. I get to the “warehouse”,which was actually just a different dealership, and it turns out the BMW M5 that I came for was sold 2 weeks ago!!! Xena told me the car was available today. She knew I was coming down to check it out and the workers at All Approved literally told me the car was going to be at this second location. I made sure to double check before I drove to the second location because it was far and I didn’t wanna waste my time and again the All Approved workers reassured me it would be. The workers at the second dealership I was sent to were confused and felt bad for my situation. All Approved and especially XENA are unbelievably UNPROFESSIONAL and just plain CARELESS and RUDE. Like come on was this some kind of a joke to you people? I was going to give you my money and my business. I spend a total of 8 HOURS driving for absolutely nothing wasting gas and mileage and most importantly my time. I had a lot of things to do today that I cancelled to get this car. In all honesty though after looking at the rest of these reviews I’m glad I didn’t give you guys my money. Bunch of scammers and liars.
