They do not enforce mask policy. Literally had a gentleman in front of me not wear a mask then was helped. Immediately afterwards I was waived over with ZERO sanitation to where he was at. I decided to just leave at that point. We are currently seeing a massive rise in Covid cases here in Oregon. This Wells Fargo obviously has no interest on keeping their guests or employees safe.
Have been sitting here for over 30 minutes waiting with my daughter. She had to go to the restroom and they don’t have one available to customers so my daughter and I had to walk across the parking lot to Burger King. There is only 4 chairs for people waiting for the “banker” here at the Oregon city Wells Fargo so that means people were standing and waiting.nThere is a reason banks like Wells Fargo and BOA are failing and it May have to do with customer service.
This is a great location and friendly staff.
