I had a great experience with this dealership. These guys are honest. They show me everything from start to finish. They weren’t aggressive like other salesman, hidden agenda with them. I had a great experience, you will too when deal with them.

Be aware of this dealership and what they tell you about the condition of their vehicles.nnThe dealership had a mechanic (apparently this mechanic conducts their vehicle inspections and works on their vehicles for sale) conduct a PA state vehicle inspection at the time I bought the 2012 Ram. I was assured the truck passed the inspection and operated well. I did test drive it and it seemed fine. However, on 9/5 a day after I bought it, I notice a screeching noise coming from the left front of the truck. So, on 9/9, I took the Ram to Midas for a scheduled mechanical check. A Midas mechanic performed an inspection and discovered the front left brake was completely worn to the metal, and the right front tire with a sidewalk bulge exhibiting obvious damage. Both conditions are unsafe (and potentially dangerously) and the Ram shouldn’t have passed an inspection according to Midas, who routinely conducts these PA state inspections.nnThe tire damage is in the sidewall causing the need to replace the tire due to the bulge location. The rear tires were damaged due to the over worn, factory shocks still installed from when the vehicle was new - the struts also showed obvious signs of wear.nnThe front break system was degraded due to the completely worn left front pad and required a full repair including replacing the damaged rotor.nnContacted the dealer/owner to discuss front brakes having to be replaced and the owner refused any reimbursement for the cost for the front brake repair and wanted me to drive the Ram an hour up to his dealership.nnI didn’t feel safe driving the truck anywhere let alone back to the dealership or have their shady mechanic conduct repair - as was suggested by the dealership owner.nnIf you’re considering buying a vehicle from this place, have it checked out by a reputable and trustworthy mechanic. Don’t trust the word of the mechanic they use or the dealership.nnCurrently, I have filed a complaint with the state attorney general’s office to deal with the misrepresentation of the vehicle’s condition at the top me of sale and possible fraudulent state inspection.
