I visited Burlington Kia a few weeks ago, not sure what I wanted to purchase or what I was in the market for. I had a salesman named Alec who was very insightful and kind. He took his time explaining to me my options and also how I could finance my new car. It was a great experience all around and I highly recommend this dealership and Alec if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
I was immediately seen when I arrived. I was informed of the status of my vehicle and I was advised of the services that would be performed. It was easy for me to drive in and out of the facility. It was clean, there were several flat screens and a comfortable waiting area. I was escorted to my cleaner vehicle once service was complete and I was out in less than one hour. I would definitely recommend this service department to friends.
Brian Bonner was awesome! Super helpful, funny and worked hard to get us the best price possible. Overall it was a great experience. His “partner” also got him a yellow bowl today.

We have been a customer of Burlington Kia since 2018. Right out of the gate, the sales manager Jean Claude, made us feel comfortable and welcome. They worked hard to achieve the pricing I was after. Needless to say we purchased. Fast forward to now, and we are back to purchase again. We were greeted by Jean Claude, and again we were put at ease. We were placed with Branden R., as our sales person. He did a great job answering all of our questions, and showing us many different examples.
