Don't change cars or addresses, they will ding you with more than one inquiry on the same day and won't have the decency to correct the error. Typical bad car buying experience whereas they mess your credit up with several inquires. Look at the complaints on the Better Business Bureaus.
This was the best car buying experience I have ever been through. Quick, easy and my dream car was delivered right to me. Highly recommended for anyone!
I had a pick up date for my car. Now I have to wait an extra week. I already put insurance on my car because that’s what they ask you to do. If you cannot get the car here on the delivery date then you shouldn’t promise people dates you cannot make. Please do better.
Waited over 2 weeks just to get the pre-delivery inspection completed. Estimated delivery on a car that I have paid for in full is now over six weeks. Rude customer service, no specific answers, the only remedy they offer is to cancel. Yet, they advertise on every TV station and radio station they can find. Seems odd considering they cannot deliver service to paying customers. Run....don't walk, to anywhere that isn't Carvana. Good concept poorly executed.
