I want to first start off by saying, I had the best car buying experience EVER hands down! I was seeking an Buick Enclave for months and came across Auto Direct Cars online. Not only did I get my Enclave but I purchased the most rare fully loaded CXL which was most beautiful than I imagined.. The staff was very hospitable and treated me as if I were family. They didn't rush or pressure me to get any ole thing which gained my trust and respect... I would definitely recommend this place to all who seeking good quality vehicles of all types... I'm usually not big on buying used cars, but this was an AMAZING experience. From walking in the door to Driving off the lot everyone was great. Bonnie, Chad, Bob and Michael all helped me get into a Ford Fiesta ST even with my less then perfect credit. They were fast, friendly, honest and very professional. I highly recommend buying here if you need a vehicle.

This was my second visit to Auto Direct. My son purchased his car with the help of Chad. Sean was my Salesman and his is a doll. I had several conversations with Sean before I came to the dealership and he had a lot of patience helping me with my decision. I live in DE, but felt more comfortable purchasing with Auto Select. Everyone has been awesome during this entire purchasing experience. Stacy, Bob, Chad, and Sean, I can't thank you enough for your kindness, professionalism, support, and honesty. Auto Direct is definitely “the road less traveled” of auto dealers. Their approach to customer service is unique, creative and like no other. Hands down the best service and experience we have EVER had at a dealership. We were pleasantly surprised that our web search for the Lexus RC300 we just purchased led us to such a kind and incredibly knowledgeable staff. If all dealerships operated like this one - the world would be a better place!

I've been searching for a truck for the last few months. Came across this web site AutoDirectCars.com. Saw the truck I've been searching for. The exact year, color and mileage. Call the dealership and Spoke with a Salesman named Mike, ask if the truck was available. Then we set up a time where I could see the truck. When I got to the dealership, the truck was every thing I was looking for, plus the buying experience was remarkable. The salesman didn't pressure me into anything, just informed me what's was available. The paper process didn't seem long at all because of conversations we were carrying. Before I knew it was over they were handing me the keys to the truck. The trucks is a (cream puff) and got an excellent deal. The dealership is family own business and made you feel like family when your inside the dealership. Will definitely come and looking forward to another buying experience like this...!!!
