I went for a u-haul dolly and Lisa and her Husband were great! Jeff the mechanic installed my wire hireness so fast and gave me a great deal. The whole experience was pleasant and they really take care of you here. They made sure I had everything I needed for my trip and everyone was so friendly. I recommend this place and I am very happy they helped me an my little family.

Was scheduled to get my riding mower picked up for service through the warranty company on July 8th. Was told someone from Southampton will be in contact with me to schedule a pickup, apparently no one called and when I called them to get it picked up they didn't even have an exact day or time for the mower to get picked up. Long story short, they're slower than a turtle. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks to get my mower back. No excuse for a 1 month turnaround for repair, no thanks Southampton...
