So far I have been disappointed by several fast food places or restaurants in the browns Mills community. I do realize employees come and go like cooks.nI have started using Albas few months back. And yes couple times the food was overcooked.nBut all in all the service has been spectacular. The employees that had delivered the food have been perfect in both their professionalism as well as their safety precautions due to the coronavirus.nnId definitely recommend themud83dudc97ud83dude0a

Definitely has fallen off, not the same place it was years back under the original family. Was disappointed in the pizza and the inside doesn't feel the same as it used to be with the family and music.

We order from Albas quite frequently and normally do not have any issues but tonight was a different storynnWe order one wrap and one salad, which took over an hour to be delivered (we are only 9 minutes down the road) and everything arrived soggy, cold and missing requested items. The wrap should have had cheese and tomatoes on it - it did not. The wrap fell apart the second I picked it up as it was completely soggy, the fries were cold and soggy as were the onion rings.nnWe called and let whoever answered the phone know of this issue and all that was said was “oh well we got busy” - that is absolutely no excuse to deliver food that is subpar (this was also between 8-9 pm so I am not sure how “busy” it could have gotten). We were also told due to the “bad weather” that is what took so long - it is lightly raining and still should not have taken that long for a 9 minute drive.nnWe were not offered a new wrap, a discount, or anything of the sort to reconcile this issue. I am extremely disappointed as we order from Albas almost every single weekend and have always recommended this establishment to friends and family, just for this to occur.

I have been ordering lunch during the quarantine on Slice because it is quick and I can use Paypal.nUsually no probs.nLast week the fried apps were cold.nThis week my hoagie had hardly and meat and was all lettuce.nnDo better or I'm going back to Riccardo's.
