My first workout was this week and it was awesome! I think I'm going to be hooked. Looking forward to trying all the classes.

My oldest is now in the Elite program, but has been coming to this gym since she was five. The trainers here are awesome! They help your child reach whatever goal it is you have..whether to just have fun or like my oldest, train to be the next gold medalist!
