Super clean great gym. If you are looking for a place in town, do yourself a favor and check it out.

What a joke. Tried to cancel my membership via email and phone. Told me I had to come into the gym or send a certified letter (go into the post office). During a pandemic. The whole point of cancelling was to avoid exposure. They billed me and annual fee of $60 the minute they opened - no communication on opening or options if you were not comfortable. just tried to charge my CC. The whole thing is a money grab. Avoid this place.

I know why the ratio for good reviews is greater than bad reviews and it is simply because the customers are not familiar with the two owners Stephen and Victoria. Not only are they unprofessional and unsympathetic but they are also rude. They have developed a visage of being friendly and accommodating people; that claim to be Christian. However, they hold no values that neither a decent human being would possess let alone a Christian. All that to say, during this pandemic they have showed their true colors and who they really worship (Money).

We wanted to cancel our membership due to the ongoing pandemic. They claimed their phone system was broken on a voicemail message and forced us to come in. When we did, the staff claimed that they had to get managers approval and that he would call us the next day. He never called so we called him. He was very rude to my wife and claimed he never got the message. They will now force us to allow our yearly renewal fee to hit our card next month. I understand the pandemic has been difficult on businesses but the rude behavior and unwillingness to work with clients are not acceptable. When circumstances allow us to start going back to a gym it will not be this one. I recommend that you read the contract verbiage very carefully and be ware.
