Smoothie King

Went today 12/03/2020 around 5:30 pm and almost turned around because one girl working (dark hair, wore glasses) was not wearing her mask properly, but was making smoothies (not taking the orders). It was just under her nose. I told the other girl who was taking the orders that I had an allergy and requested the allergy bowl be used. I also asked if gloves could be worn while making my smoothie. The girl with glasses very loudly and obviously gave attitude to this request. She tried to say they did not have gloves to use but the girl who took the order said they did. The girl with glasses then said “I don’t like those gloves” and went to get them with an attitude. I became very upset with her at this point. I said to girl taking the order to forget about the gloves, I just wanted the girl with glasses to pull her mask up properly when making my drink. She was extremely polite with me and apologized for me being upset a couple times but it was not her fault, as she wasn’t the one who gave me the attitude. The girl with glasses came back out only wearing 1 glove to make my drink and still didn’t pull her mask back up properly. I feel very uncomfortable that this happened when I was just trying to have a safe experience and a safe drink.

I'm glad they opened this one close to us. We have gone there several times and the staff is always friendly. They keep this one nice and clean and always get our order right.

You should really work on consistency with your products. I ordered the same shake for two days came back today for a third and it was way off. I went back in only to be told that they were out of pumpkin and thats why it taste different. Why wouldn’t you just tell someone that you are out of the product to make what they want? No offer to make something I could possibly stomach nor return my money, just said “sorry I didn’t have enough.” Clearly I won’t be back. Terrible experience.
