Order delivered and came at a descent time frame.nnStuffed crust pizza: The pizza did not taste like Pizza Hut pizza at all. It was really disappointing. The crust that contained the stuffed cheese was hard and the remaining crust was so greasy and too much tomato sauce. I used to order stuffed crust from a location near my previous home all the time so I’m familiar with how it suppose to taste.nnThe big chocolate cookie was pretty good.nnI can’t see myself ordering from or recommending this Pizza Hut again.

After waiting for 2 hours for my order to be delivered, I decided to drive to the store myself. I tried calling the store numerous times but no one answered the phone. I also tried calling the Pizza Hut national number where the operator said I would be transferred to a manager, but no one answered that phone either. When I got to the store, I explained to the manager the situation. Instead of apologizing he gave me attitude and slammed the register shut as he handed me my refund. Based on my experience I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

They used to have excellent customer service, but for the past few months, it's been horrible. The delivery driver brought my food to the wrong address a few months ago, and they refused to own up to their mistake saying that I put the wrong address. Seriously, how do I not know my address? I've been living there for two years. Plus the receipt clearly had the correct address. I ordered from there again last week and doordash delivered the food. They did not put a sticker over the pizza box to seal it. I ordered the pizza for my kids and did not feel comfortable with them eating it. I called a million times and nobody answered. It was raining crazy outside, and I had to wait for my husband to come home so I could drive to the store (my issue was not resolved ). I just ordered today for my mom and she called me a few minutes ago saying that they did not deliver the two 2 liters Pepsi I ordered. I called nobody answered. I am honestly fed up with this place, and today will be the last time I order there. The system they have in place is terrible, the only time you speak with someone is when you press 1 to place an order. When you press 3 to address an issue nobody ever answers. From now on, I'm ordering Dominos pizza.
