TKO Fitness

I sent a follow up email regarding the kids boxing classes and I did not receive a response. This level of service is unacceptable and I will be looking for another place to send my son.

I love this place to train. I've been to a lot of BJJ places and this is a great place because it's a community. It has a small gym feel/atmosphere, but with all of the classes and trainers of a big gym. Can't say enough about Alex, Zeus, Tim, Drew and all of the instructors over there...great for me and my family.

TKO is the best gym I’ve been to (and I’ve tried a ton of gyms in the area). The classes are my favorite of any boxing/kickboxing class I’ve tried. You get a full body workout every time and it’s never the same workout twice so you never get bored. There are people of all fitness levels in the gym, from people just getting started on their fitness journeys to professional athletes. It’s an extremely motivating environment, I can’t imagine working out anywhere else.

TKO Fitness is the best gym in South Jersey, and one of the better gyms I’ve been a member of in various states across the country. Personally, my relationship with the gym started through Alex. The entire staff creates a welcoming environment and the classes provide the right balance between pushing your limits and making sure that you are comfortable. Outsiders may think that training alongside actual pros would be intimidating, but the pros are always welcoming and provide great inspiration for average joes like myself. If you’re considering getting into shape, or enhancing your current workout regimen, I would strongly recommend TKO Fitness.
