this place has very easily become a third home to me, apart from my actual house and my job. I usually go every morning before work and shower at the facility after the workout. The instructors are great and they love to teach. if you trust and listen to them, you're guaranteed NOT to get injured. if you're considering crossFit training but have never done it before or never even wen to a gym before, I strongly recommend giving this place a shot, especially since it is still very new they are used to finding the comfort levels with newer athletes. not to mention all of the athletes themselves cheer each other on during the workouts, it's a very positive environment, if you're a beginner, all you have to do is show up with a smile and be ready and willing to learn and I can guarantee you'll have a great time. not to mention their is a goal board to help remind you of why you're doing it whether you're goal is to just exercise once a month or lift 300 pounds over your head, the instructors will push you to achieve your goals

Crossfit can be scary for newbies (me!), but this is a place that CARES about doing things right. Everyone is invested in your success and the community is so supportive. Great workout, great coach, great crew.

Have a few shoulder issues but the coaches here accommodate. I get a great workout with a great group of people!
