Crunch Fitness - Moorestown

Terrible customer service. I have a month to month contract that I need to cancel. I was told I could only cancel if I come in. Not over the phone or by email, it has to be in person when the manager is there. I have a newborn and I am not trying to go out and expose myself at this time. If we weren’t in a pandemic I wouldn’t mind driving over and canceling. My wife and I both called several times asking for an exception as we cannot go at this time and we were denied. Times are different right now and their lack of willingness to help makes it hard to give a good review. Aside from that, it is a nice clean gym.

EDIT: Originally posted a review based on my negative experience cancelling, but after a quick phone call with the manager. He was understanding and easy to work with. Was willing to help me resolve my issues and saved me a trip down. Quick and to the point.

I really like this gym. I appreciate the size of the gym and most of the clientele. You get the occasional meat head but most of the people are good and responsible gym goers. The price isn't too bad either.

Great staff easy sign in and professional equipment very clean. Excellent Covid-19 screening everybody wear face mask.

Better off at a different gym. In need of much better management.
