The Edge Fitness Clubs

Due to Corona they have not been open.I can't wait to go back SERIOUSLY.I love this gym

Use to enjoy this gym. But now understand its about the money not the health of its customers.

For anyone looking towards Edge as an option for achieving their fitness goals I would recommend a different gym. When the gyms reopened in September I sent a message on Edge's contact forum and called the store about having my membership being kept frozen. I was not and am still not comfortable going to the gym given the Covid situation and the fact that I live with my grandfather. I called a representative at the beginning of September and he said that my account would be kept frozen for a period of time.nnHowever I just realized today that I've been charged over $100 in the last 3 months (September - November). I called and explained the situation to the representative there, but was told that there was no record of my account being frozen and that a refund would not be given. It's really sad that Edge cares more about money than the health and well-being of its members and their families.

COVID central. Went for a tour in Cherry Hill and left right after. Many members without masks or wearing them wrong and a lot of the equipment is not 6 feet apart. It was crowded, too. The employee who was showing me around was walking by people without masks and did not say anything.

Do not give them your cc or bank info. I tried to cancel during covid & they keep charging me. Multiple calls, emails and they cannot figure out how to stop charging me. I provided written cancellation & had no commitment. I would have gone back after covid, but not after this nightmare.
