Kao Muay Thai

This is an exceptional Muay Thai gym. I joined the gym to get lose weight , condition my body, and to be able to protect myself if need be. I love this place! The Muay Thai instructor is extremely knowledgeable, he watches his students closely to ensure the students are using proper form, punching and kicking with the correct body part, etc... He does this to ensure he is teaching his craft properly but also to ensure his students do not get hurt. Lastly who wouldn't want to learn Muay Thai from a Muay Thai champion, Coke!!! Lets go!!!!! This is the only place you need to be if you want to learn Muay Thai and it is fun!!

Very warm welcoming atmosphere. The instructors were great and very patient with me; I haven't worked out in years. Definitely worth the try and i will definitely be returning to this gym

Good clean gym. Kru Coke teaches Authentic Muay Thai...no gimmicks or variations. Not a juice/meathead gym, expect to work hard in a clean environment. There are only a few trainers in the country that teach original Muay Thai...Kru Coke is one of them. Very good if you want to learn to fight or for self defense. You will lose weight and get stronger at this gym.Kru Coke is not the Kru Coke creates a very humble environment, no toughguys.
