SHINE Power Yoga Maple Shade

I have been a student at SHINE for 7 years and it is my absolute favorite yoga studio! Their teachers are well-trained yoga professionals and focus on building the foundational elements of the poses. I feel that the power classes challenge me to see what is possible and push me to uncover deeper emotions that reside in the body. I feel that their yin classes, deep stretch and gentle options are an awesome way to unwind and release stress. They have leadership trainings that have absolutely changed my life in a powerful way and the community is something to remember! I highly recommend this studio to anyone!

I wasn't real impressed with the class. What did stand out was that they asked me to leave my belongings unattended in the foyer while i took a class in another room. I don't like the fact that there isn't a safe locked place for valuables and I wasn't allowed to bring them into the room with me where I could keep an eye on them. I could have laid my wallet and keys next to my own mat and they'd not have been in anyone's way. I won't go back for that reason.

I took an online zoom class with Mairead S. and had an excellent experience practicing from home. Mairead watched each of the students in the class and spoke to our alignment and effort. It was a great time and I highly recommend checking her out either online or in person.
