My truck broke down in between Baker City and La Grande, i called and was told the tech would come out in 1 hour. 3.5 hours later i called to check on the status of the tech, i was yelled at and told to find another mechanic. By now all other shops were closed. Super Rude and prejudice towards our driver.

Trailer axle sheared off between LaGrande and Baker City. Gcame out personally, guuded me to his shop. He coordinated spindle repairs, found all parts needed, and got us back on the road, finishing the needed work on a Sunday. Many thanks. Roger

All I needed was a jump and then charge the batteries at his shop. I had already had the alternator replaced, and new batteries. I just needed him to charge it so I could make it him. He said call a wrecker and hung up.

Called and was hung up on. Very unprofessional.
