On their windows it says Support Local - maybe Larry, the owner, should support the locals too. I ordered tires TWO WEEKS ago and when they came in, my tires were sold to another customer by Janice. I was told another two weeks for tires and then offered used TOYO tires instead. I work in the mountains and have been held up by freakin tires and an unprofessional shop. Janice tells you she will call you back and she won’t - so don’t believe her when she says it. She hasn’t told me the truth once since I’ve dealt with her. She makes a point to say she’s the wife of Larry’s BFF, I guess that means bad customer experiences will be ignored. Her excuse for not calling me back the first time was due to a “difficult” customer - I’m also guessing they lied and sold that customers tires too.nnCustomer service is not important here and the owner didn’t care AT ALL about the situation they left me in with selling my tires. There has been zero effort to make my experience right.nnI’m also Larry’s neighbor in the Stices Gulch area and I will be sharing this very unnecessary and disappointing experience with my other neighbors. I will go to Les Schwab, like I should have, next time.nnAlso, the volunteer receptionist started my tires - NOT an actual mechanic. A mechanic did finished them, but of course, no apology for this bad experience. This place is unsafe and unprofessional. They also tried to keep my original rim and my spare tire.

After hours tire replacement on our rv.nService was phenomenal and the price was fair.nI would highly recommend Larry Barker and his team

Amazing service and prices. Employees are always cheerful and quick to do their job and get you back out driving.
