Jacob went above & beyond to keep me close to home.nI already had pretty much fixed my sights on a car at Mainline Mini where I had been offered an excellent price for a loaded 2021 Countryman. Prior to that, I had negotiated a 2020 model with both Jacob & Mainline.nAfter much deliberation, I decided a 2021 would make me happier!nJacob & your team lured me away with the best bottom-line.nI used to only drive BMW’s and more recently, Lexus.nBetween BMW’s and Lexus’s, had a Mini from Princeton, before the Holman dealership began in Mt. Laurel. The car was so much fun to drive but became too small for my needs.nMy friend, Jan, is now on her fifthnCountryman from Mt. Laurel and she was a confirmed Mercedes user.nWith her praise for the car, I made my final decision.nPlease know that Jacob has won me over and I look forward to this and future Mini driving experiences.

The service rep was very friendly and welcoming. The work was completed very quickly.. I was informed of the issue and progress every step of the way. Waiting room was clean, quiet, and properly social distanced. Overall, the experience was awesome. :)

Stephanie patiently helped me through the full process of looking, analyzing and purchasing with support and confidence, taking on board a range of questions with positive energy and enthusiasm. Her product knowledge and customer focus are as good as can be, a great listened and well-informed, versatile consultant in navigating the process which can be emotional and complex. I hope to work with her again and again and again. I love my MINI.

I truly felt good about buying my vehicle from Mini of Mount Laurel. My sales person Tom B and the sales manager Mike H were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They did the best they could to deliver me the best vehicle they could. I would come shop with Mini of Mount Laurel again.
