My visit was not a typical service visit like I had done in the past. My car had to be towed in due to an engine issue. Keith in Service was very helpful explaining the process of diagnosing the issue and allowing me to make a decision to repair or trade-in. He directed me to Sales, and at that point, I went into sales area, where Meghan was very pleasant and helpful, no high-pressure. She showed me a few vehicles based on my needs and offered a test drive. She followed up with me later that evening with a text. All around very positive experience. Previous visits to this dealership, I had dealt with Ryan in Service, and he has always been great too. All around, this dealership is far and above other comparable conglomerates that I have dealt with in the past.

Kaitlin was very transparent and honest while we were emailing back and forth. Connie was a great sales person and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Sebastian and Sarah, with finance, were very like able and very good at their job. Overall we had an amazing experience with Holman Toyota and will definitely recommend.

The fuel pump replacement due to recall went well. I complained about a bad smell in the car. They felt it was in the vents and I should let the air circulate more. I have done that but it has not improved. The smell wasn't there when I bought the car. They say it is not the disinfectant. Then what is it?

I brought my car in for a warranty paint job as the paint on my corolla was chipping off down to bare metal. After making an appointment with Keith Robinson at Holman Toyota, I got a loaner for a few days while they inspected my car. Kieth called me back in a timely fashion to come pick up my car. He told me that my car was pending approval for the paint job at the body shop. I noticed on the paperwork that after getting a complimentary car wash, even more paint had come off. I decided not to bring it up because I figured the roof would be repainted anyway. I used to work at the Holman ford body shop so I called there about a week later asking for an update and they had no idea about my car. In fact no one had any idea about my car. Over the next three to four weeks I called Holman Toyota and not a single service advisor or manager would speak to me. I’d ask for an update and get put on hold for half an hour only to be hung up on. If I ever actually spoke to someone from service they told me they’d leave a note for Keith. It wasn’t until about 4-5 weeks after my initial appointment that I got through to anyone. Don’t think that they called me back, I had to go to the dealership after working a 14 hour night shift. I’ve been on night shift working those hours for the last 4 months. I’m exhausted when I get out of work and now I have to deal with dissappointing service from a company I used to work at for years. When I finally got Keith to come over he apologized and said he’d never seen a recall like this take so long. Yet he refused to give me any update for a month despite my calls. At least that day my car was taken to the body shop and I was given a loaner. From that point on the experience was smooth. Anything prior was extremely disappointing. It felt even worse as a former Holman/ARI employee. You guys definitely don’t look after your own. I worked at ARI in Mt laurel, Holman Cadillac and the body shop at Holman ford over a period of four years. Biggest mistake of my life. I can firmly say that I will never give this company or affiliates any business ever again.nn11/23/2020 Edit: Yesterday, a representative from Holman Toyota called me to apologize for the poor service. I know how important good online reviews are to this company. What he said did come across as genuine and I thanked him for his consideration and willingness to address any remaining problems so I have to give them props for that. I changed the rating from a two star to a three star.

As always setting the appointment, drop off and pick up were all great. They did a full vehicle inspection and recommended some needed maintenance which we suspected was needed but wanted them to advise on. They sent a full inspection video outlining the finding and estimating the cost. Everything was taken care of, we were treated courteously, professionally and felt appreciated.
