Had been car shopping for a few weeks and had narrowed it down to a few models. Wanted to test drive an Audi and Mercedes before we finalized our decision. We didn’t make it to Mercedes and bought our 2021 Q3 the next day.nnAndrew Garber was our salesman and easily our best experience the past few weeks of test drives. He was knowledgeable and helped us as we test drove 3 cars. Very patient running around the lot bringing up the cars and putting a tag on. Al the while in a light steady rain. Answered all our questions, discussed pros and cons of financing vs leasing and didn’t use any of the high pressure sales techniques that most people hate. That being said, we did buy a car we weren’t exactly expecting to, so his sales technique was effective. It also helped that the Q3 was awesome and approved by our mechanic brother. Not that we’ll need him since we bought the Audi car package. Here’s hoping that their service department is as good as their sales and financing. (Nash was also a great help walking us through our options and completing our purchase)nnAll in all a great experience and we’re thrilled with our purchase. My husband and I just picked up our 2021 Q5 from CH Audi last Saturday and we are absolutely loving it! Andrew Garber took great care of us from first meeting to the handing over of the keys. We loved the feel of the dealership; Andrew and the team made the whole process fast and easy. The only thing better than buying from Andrew and CH Audi is driving this beautiful car! Five star experience. My salesperson, Bodur, was a wonderful to work with. She approached me right away when I entered the showroom and had outstanding customer service skills. The process was quick and painless. The other employees were also kind and welcoming. I am very happy with my purchase and I’m enjoying my RS3 already.

Just renewed my lease last week and honestly was such an easy, seamless experience. I was able to view inventory online and was promptly contacted by a sales associate to assist me with vehicles and options. Bodur was absolutely amazing and within a week I was able to get my new vehicle. My experience at the dealer on pick up day was easy. Ted was great and the paperwork process was quick and easy. The Cherry Hill Audi team is great!

Boudour is Very quick, professional and to the point, I actually appreciated the fact that I had a car sales woman, she was very comforting and helpful. I believe she was honest and wanted to help me. I had a bad experience with Mercedes cherry hill for the second time and I’m done, glad to be an Audi driver now. ud83dude0e
