My experience at this dealership exceeded my expectations. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours. They provided quality customer service and has a diverse Inventory of vehicles to pick from. If, you're looking for an honest car sale consultant that willing to help you find your car at a competitive price without wasting your time. Darryl Eli Newman is the person you want to ask for when entering this dealership. He is veteran friendly and has no pressure attitude. When it’s came to the financing department they were professional, honest, fast and offer competitive rates for auto loans.

I want to thank Jamie L. Robinson for making my service go smoothly. When I came in for my appointment she was ready with my loaner and I was out within 20mins, maybe less. She was also very attentive to my work schedule and informed me that I needn't rush after work to return the loaner. I could just come the next morning. Thank you Jamie. This was not my first time working with her. She's always exemplary. Keep up the great work and I would recommend YOU to work with her.

Grab your coffee and a snack for this one. The short version is: I purchased a 2021 Lexus NX on 10/27/20, and my car became completely disabled by 10/31/20. The management team at Cherry Hill of Lexus has been surprisingly callous in the handling of an exceptional and egregious situation, and I regret my decision to spend money at this establishment. Now onto the long version.nnI’m a first-time Lexus owner who did a lot of research and anecdotal evidence gathering before the purchase. I previously owned an economy class Toyota which gave me no issues in eight years of ownership, so the luxury line felt like a safe choice. The salesperson was phenomenal and gave my family one of the best buying experiences we’ve ever had. The car was beautiful; we were excited. Even after the problems started, the salesperson continued to be a positive presence in a negative situation. I can’t say the same for the rest of these folks.nnI drove the car home on 10/27/20 and didn’t drive the car again until 10/30/20 at which point the car started shaking while driving on the highway; it also alarmingly struggled and sputtered when transitioning from a resting phase at stop lights. By the next morning, 10/31/20, it wouldn’t move forward in Drive, and several different error messages appeared on the dashboard, indicating a) that there was a system malfunction with my engine or transmission and b) that my AWD and traction control had been turned off. The car had to be towed back to the dealership. It turned out to be a transmission failure; my transmission died at only 175 miles. Keep in mind that the odometer had 62 miles on it when I purchased the vehicle. I had driven the car 113 miles when the car failed.nnDisappointment is an understatement. I’m already frustrated with an unprecedented situation in my 20+ years of car ownership, but what was the most dismaying was the radio silence from the leadership at Lexus of Cherry Hill. In fact, they refused and continue to refuse any communication with me, even after a written request for a response. I’ve shared my story with many friends, family, and colleagues, many of whom are luxury vehicle owners, so I have a baseline for comparison on expectations. There’s a conciliatory posture this dealer could have taken but chose not to, and people who’ve heard the story are unanimously aghast at the behavior. This does not feel like a luxury experience whatsoever.nnThe dealer sold me a defective car and now want nothing to do with me. They had no problems taking my money, but do not value me as a customer. I have no confidence in the vehicle they sold me, and now I’m left with a vehicle that could continue to jeopardize my family’s safety.nnMy advice is to read the reviews that are not the highest ratings. Anyone can be nice when things are going well, but this dealer truly shows its character in adversity, and it’s not favorable. I could have spent my money anywhere, but I chose Lexus of Cherry Hill, and for that regrettable decision, I get to be devalued and ignored when they could have chosen compassion and goodwill. How would you feel if this were you?

Such a pleasant and professional experience working with Jamie Robinson consistently for the past few years. Jamie is very informative and shares all details step by step while taking care of my 2007 Lexus. I’m very comfortable servicing my vehicle with Jamie because she cares for it as if it was hers and that’s why I’ve been servicing my car at this dealership for the last 6+ years.
