Each year, I make my annual visit to Cherry Hill Volvo for service. Getting ones car serviced can be hassle, but I usually look forward to it b/c the staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting area is really comfortable, clean--a great place to wait for your car to be taken care of. This year, I wasn't quite sure what the deal would be with COVID, but true to form, Cherry Hill Volvo had it covered. The seating is socially distanced, masks are required, the bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, there's hand sanitizer, etc. They make it work, and I felt very safe and comfortable there waiting for my car with my dog, who they always welcome. The wifi is also really great, so if you want to get some work done while you wait, you can (there's also always coffee!). Also, while I was working, one of the staff asked if I wanted to work at a desk, which is very thoughtful. Also, Kellon is the best. Truly. Every year, he breaks down the info on what's being done and how much it costs in an accessible way. And he and the rest of the staff, again, are just so friendly. Top notch customer service. Also, I'm grateful to them for making sure my now 10 yr old Volvo continues to run very smoothly. Highly recommend!

Customer focused dealership. Always attentive to my needs whether giving advice on maintaining my car or when it's time to buy new. The same family has owned this business for years and they always remember our names and treat us like family!. Everyone from sales to service is helpful and they provide you with a new Volvo loaner when your car needs servicing.nA well run dealership with may loyal clients!

I would like to Thank Cherry Hill Volvo Cars for such excellent and professional service I have been having for more than 4 years. Definitely recommend warranty services and tire protection - you never know what could happen - and I just had an incident where I damaged the tire and that was replaced with no extra cost. Servicing my car here always worked pretty well with flexible scheduling, reminders and Loan services- you never have to worry about getting home if the car needs to be repaired.

We had a great experience here after our car was hit in an accident. They were very proactive with my insurance company and kept me in the loop. The car looks great (even the inside) and they had a setup with the rental company so we didn't have to return the car when everything was done. Thanks for the help and the loaner!!!
