First off, I was met by Jose, one of the managers. He was pleasant and explained what I should expect while I was there. He them handed me off to Ted, my salesperson. Ted was awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted, but he took his time and gave me two and a half hours, including following me home to drop of my car.nnThe entire process was stress free, and a lot of that had to do with Ted's personality and professionalism.nnThank you
Jayson was very enthusiastic personable & knowledgeable. Made the car buying experience easy and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. Had to have the vehicle delivered from another lot and exceeded all expectations. Would 100% recommend.
I didn’t purchase at Cherry hill Jeep because I owned before moving to the area.nnOverall, fast friendly service. I drive from Philadelphia to this dealership because the level of service is so much better, and I’m more confident in the care they place on my Jeep. They Always take good care of me and Hank (my ‘08 Jeep), they don’t go overboard trying to upsell every time I come in, and most of the people there seem friendly and happy to be there. I have a physical disability so appropriate service and peace of mind is important to me. They have been great so far.
No issues with services , went in for an oil change and extra work was Needed . It was explained and discussed before approving . Friendly people, comfortable waiting area with amenities if you have to wait.
Ashley is amazing! Knowledgeable about inventory, answered all of my questions HONESTLY!! No overselling, and gave me the space and time I needed to make an informed decision. Process was quick and painless, and the payment was exactly as quoted with know curve balls. They even followed me home.nnRecommending all of my family and friends to check them out.nnThanks!!!!
