Had an excellent experience. Sean made sure all my needs were taken care of. He was very customer service oriented. He was well educated on the vehicle i was purchasing. He took time to help me get familiar with my new vehicle before I left the lot, and even gave me a tour of the dealership so I would be comfortable and know where to go in the future to have the car serviced. He helped minimize my time spent at dealership by communicating with me before arrival. I am a very happy customer.

I had a great experience. The oversight of an additional repair was not mentioned prior to the completion of the reason for my visit. When I got in the car there was a paper on the dash. I responded to an experience questionnaire and I was immediately issued an apology for the oversight and. Christine stated 10% will be taken off when I return to have the suggested alignment completed on 11/14/2020. She is the best!! I just hope that mentioning the oversight does not get her into any trouble. I appreciate Christine's attentiveness and down to earth personality. She's truly an asset to the company.

Very simple to make a scheduled service and very happy with the quality of service. Especially liked the video provided while service was being performed on my vehicle. It really made me feel at ease especially when I've had bad experiences from other dealerships and service centers with other vehicle I previously owned. Being in the industry I am very pleased with the level of quality and professionalism I experienced at your dealership, both from sales and now in service. I will be returning for sure in the future.

Everything was great. Steve my service manager was awesome. Great job team. My only issue was that I needed a loaner and there were none available. That's on me. I should have made them aware ahead of time. Otherwise it was perfect and I'll be back.

Sean Connolly is an incredible salesman and always makes us feel at home. We have leased 4 cars from him over the years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. Sean and the team at Holman Infiniti are very professional and courteous and always very easy to deal with. They truly make the car buying experience very enjoyable. Carl in the finance department was also a great person to deal with and very friendly. Overall we wouldn't think of going anywhere else to do business. Thanks again for all your hard work, it is definitely appreciated.
