We recently purchased a truck from the Mercedes Van Center in Maple Shade and had a great experience. Our sales rep Mark Hart was easy to work with and very personable. The rest of the staff was also friendly. As always, with buying a car, we spent a few hours in the dealership, but the experience was overall good. Mark was not pushy and did not try to oversell us on how great the car was. We took it for a test drive, and he left it up to us to determine if the truck was right for us. There are a few minor scratches on the truck that they said they would fix for us, which is excellent. We usually don't write reviews, but this is a newly opened location for the car group, and since we had a good experience, we thought we would pay it forward in the hope that this review may help someone else have a good experience.

This was the easiest experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Fred Muller and Mark Hart were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent. The vehicle was everything we hoped for and more at an excellent price.nnI have recommended the dealership to my employer and will do so with friends!
