From the moment I called and spoke with Michale Cifaldi on the phone to the moment I drove away with the car he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and overall incredible. Not at all what I imagined the experience to be as typically it can be horrendous and take hours and hours! Not so! Thank you Michael for a perfect car buying experience!
Kurt is a terrific service manager. He and I briefly went over the items as a double check before my car came in. All of the items were installed or resolved in a very timely fashion, as I had my car back to me late the same day. Before it left the shop, Larry, my service advisor went over everything that was done, as Larry is a very fine SA, meticulous and detail oriented. When the car got home, I was not surprised, as the car was washed vacuumed and all issues resolved. I will go nowhere else.
